Thrive partners with schools and districts across multiple states—and we’re expanding rapidly in Texas.

The Role

We are seeking a Director of Partnership Development to lead Thrive’s growth in Texas by driving new partnerships and sales. This is a new, high-impact role, ideal for a mission-driven, entrepreneurial leader who thrives in both relationship-building and strategic execution.

The Director will:

- Build and grow Thrive’s presence in Texas by cultivating strong, long-term partnerships with schools, districts, and networks.

- Own the full sales cycle in target regions, from prospecting to contracting.

- Represent Thrive at partner meetings, conferences, and industry events across the state.

- Collaborate closely with Thrive’s leadership team to align market growth strategies with organizational goals.

- Provide feedback to inform Thrive’s service expansion and product development based on district needs.

Who You Are

- Educator at heart, leader by experience. You’ve served as a school or district leader (principal, superintendent, senior admin, or similar) and know how to navigate K–12 systems.

- Connector. You excel at building trust and cultivating long-standing relationships with education leaders.

- Self-directed. You thrive with autonomy, take initiative, and deliver results without needing close oversight.

- Texas-based. You reside in Texas and are willing to travel frequently within target regions.

- Mission-driven. You’re passionate about improving education for students with disabilities.

Compensation:

- Total Compensation Range: $150,000–$300,000 (base salary + commission)
